Taking the Trash out Early!
As the end of the year approaches, the amount of garbage brought into the Amatsu-Kominato Garbage Center increases, and it becomes heavily crowded. Please refrain from bringing oversized unwanted articles to the dumping facility at the end of the year. Rather, bring your discarded items sooner than later. Presently, Amatsu-Kominato Garbage Center is limiting the amount of garbage to what can be loaded into the trunk of your car.
Also to prevent garbage from flying out, make sure to fasten the garbage to your car with rope or a sheet and bring it securely to the dumping site. There also maybe the possibility of collection times and collection routes changing due to road construction or traffic.
If you plan to rather take the garbage out at home rather than bring it directly to the garbage center, be sure to refer to the garbage collection calendar on the specific dates for disposal and have the garbage placed in the designated location by eight-thirty in the morning.
