飲酒運転について(Drinking and Driving)
飲酒運転は犯罪です。
【運転者本人】
酒酔い運転…５年以下の懲役、または１００万円以下の罰金。
※酒酔いとは、アルコールの影響により正常な運転ができないおそれがある状態をいいます。
酒気帯び運転…３年以下の懲役、または５０万円以下の罰金。
※酒気帯びとは、呼気中のアルコール濃度が０．１５ｍｇ/ℓ以上の場合をいいます。
飲酒検知拒否…３ヶ月以下の懲役、または５０万円以下の罰金。
【車両を提供した者】
酒酔い運転…５年以下の懲役、または１００万円以下の罰金。
※酒酔いとは、アルコールの影響により正常な運転ができないおそれがある状態をいいます。
酒気帯び運転…３年以下の懲役、または５０万円以下の罰金。
※酒気帯びとは、呼気中のアルコール濃度が０．１５ｍｇ/ℓ以上の場合をいいます。

【酒類を提供した者】
