感染性胃腸炎に　気を付けます/Viral Gastroenteritis (Stomach flu) Prevention

感染性胃腸炎に　気をつけます。

冬は、温度や　湿度が　低く　なります。ノロウイルスや　ロタウイルスに　かかりやすく　なります。

• かかると、 気持ち悪くなって、吐きます。/ 下痢 /　おなかが　痛く　なります。 /熱が　出ます。
• 赤ちゃんや　おとしよりは、とても　具合が　悪く　なりやすいです。

次の　ことで　かかります。

1. ウイルスが ついたものを 触りました。
2. ウイルスを 吸いました。
3. ウイルスが ついている貝を 食べました。
4. 井戸の 水を 飲みました。

かからないために、次の　ことを　してください。

1. 石けんで　しっかり　手を　洗います。　※アルコールで　消毒しても　だめです。
2. 食べものは、85～90℃で　90秒以上　焼いたり、ゆでたり　します。
3. 料理で　使う道具は、しっかり　洗って、消毒してから　使います。

ウイルスが　ついた服を　洗います。　

1. 塩素系漂白剤を　使います。　　
   漂白剤を　使うと　色が　薄く　なります。
2. 85℃以上の　お湯で　洗います。　
   ※アルコールや　石けんでは　ウイルスは　なくなりません。

吐いたものや　便（うんち）を　片付けます。

1. エプロン、マスク、手袋を　します。
2. 片付けたところは、乾く前に　0.1％塩素系漂白剤を　かけます。

During winter,  as temperature drops, it gets colder and dry. Viruses like Norovirus and Rotavirus spreads quickly.

• If infected, you may experience symptoms like: vomiting,  diarrhea, stomach pain, and  slight fever.
• Babies and the elderly are more prone to illness.

You can get the virus by:

1. Touching something infected 
2. Inhaling the virus
3. Eating shellfish infected with virus
4. Drinking tap water

Prevention:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap.
   ※Sanitizers alone don’t kill the virus. 
2. Cook the meat of the shellfish it has an internal temperature of between 85 to 95℃ for at least 90 seconds.
3. Wash thoroughly and sanitize cooking materials before use.
4. Wash the contaminated clothes with chlorine bleach.
   ※Chlorine bleach causes discoloration. Use with caution.
5. Wash in hot water (85℃ and above.)
   ※Alcohol and detergent alone does not kill virus.

When cleaning up vomit or waste (feces):

1. Always wear an apron, mask, and gloves.
2. Spray the cleaned area with 0.1% chlorine bleach before it dries.
