• 60歳以上です。
• 18～59歳で、基礎疾患〈持っている病気〉が　あります。または、BMIが　30以上です。

ほかの　人

3回目の　注射から　5か月以上　あけると、注射が　できます。
注射は、オミクロン株対応ワクチンです。

You will receive this letter when you are able to get your vaccine

For those eligible for the 4th shot

• Over 60 years old
• People between the ages of 18 to 59 with underling medical conditions or BMI is over 30.

Others

• Wait for at least 5 months after the day of your last vaccination before getting the 4th shot.
  The new vaccine for the Omicron variant will be given.

For those who will be getting their 3rd shot
