パスワード（数字　4つ）を　入れると、コピー機から　出せます。

※機械が　壊れていないか　調べる日は　やりません。

どこ

セブンイレブン、ローソン、ファミリーマート、イオンなど
※鴨川市じゃ　なくても　いいです。

もらえる証明書

お金が　かかります。マイナンバーカードと　一緒に　持っていきます。

やり方

コンビニの　マルチコピー機を　使います。

1. スクリーンの　「行政サービス」を　おします。
2. 右側に　外国語が　あります。
3. スクリーンの　ように　マイナンバーカードを　セットします。
4. ほしい　証明書を　選びます。
5. パスワード（4数字）を　入れます。
6. マイナンバーカードを　しまいます。
7. ほしい証明書を　選びます。証明書に　書いてある　国、ビザの　情報などを　入れるか　入れないか　えらびます。
8. 何枚ほしいかを　入れます。
9. 証明書に　書いてある　情報を　チェックします。
10. お金を　入れます。
11. 証明書を　取ります。

Issuing certificates with your My Number Card.

You need to input your 4-digit password. 

When

From 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
※The machine will be unavailable to use during maintenance period.

Where

You can issue certificates at Seven Eleven, Lawson, Family Mart, Aeon, etc. 
※Can also be issued outside Kamogawa City.

Certificates you can issue

There will be a fee for every certificate.

How to use the machine 

You can use the multi-copy machines.

1. Press [行政サービス] button on the screen. (行政サービス: Government service)
2. There are languages available on the right side of the screen.
3. Place your My Number Card on the reader as shown on the screen.
4. Choose the certificate you need.
5. Input your 4-digit password.
6. Remove and keep your My Number Card.
7. Choose the specific certificate you need. You can choose whether to input your country, visa status, etc.
8. Input how many copies you need.
9. Check the details that will be on the certificate.
10. Pay the fee.
11. Print the certificate.
