水道を　初めて　使うとき、やめるとき、申し込みが　いります。/Process of opening and canceling water service.

水道お客様センターに　電話します。（電話　04-7093-1000）

初めて　使うとき、次の　ことを　教えます。

1. 住むところ・水道を　使うところ
2. 名前
3. 初めて　使う日
4. 水道の　お金の　払い方
   ＊水道を　開ける人が　家に　来ます。4,400円　かかります。

やめるとき、新しく　住むところが　決まったら、次の　ことを　教えます。

1. 住んでいるところ
2. 名前
3. 使用者番号（「使用水量の　お知らせ」などに　書いてあります。）
4. 引っ越すところ（新しく　住むところ）
5. 引っ越す日（新しいところに　住む日）
   ＊前に　検針した日から　引っ越す日までの　お金を　計算します。

インターネットでも　申し込みが　できます。

水道を　初めて　使う日や　やめる日の　3営業日前まで＊に　申し込んでください。
＊土曜日、日曜日、祝日を　入れないで　かぞえます。
　例）月曜日に　初めて　使いたいとき、申し込む日は、前の　周の　水曜日です。

When opening a new water service account

Information needed when applying for a new water subscription:

1. Address where the water service will begin
2. Name of service subscriber
3. Date you want service to begin
4. Method of payment
   ※An employee will visit your place to open the water supply. Processing fee of 4,400 yen.

Canceling water service (Due to moving to a different place to live)

Information needed to cancel your water service subscription:

1. Address (of the water service subscription)
2. Subscriber name
3. Subscriber number (can be found on your water bill)
4. New address
5. Date of moving
   ※The meter reading for the period before you move will be calculated.

Application through the Internet

Please apply opening or closing of water service 3 working days before your planned start of use or end of use.
※ Do not include weekends and holidays when counting.
Example: Start of use will be on Monday. Application should be made on Wednesday of the previous week.
