​台風で　家が　こわれた　人は、市役所で 「罹災証明書」や 「被災届出（兼）証明書」が もらえます。

災害〈台風や　地震など〉で　家が　こわれたり、水が　入ったりしたときに、市役所から　もらえる　大切な　書類です。

罹災証明書

災害で　こわれたところを　直すために　かかる　お金を　もらうときや　保険の　手続きのとき　必要です。

家が　どのくらい　壊れたか　書いて　あります。

​市役所の　人が　家を　調べに　行くことが　あります。そのときは、罹災証明書が　もらえるまで　少し　日にちが　かかります。

※台風25号以外のときに　家などが　こわれた　人は　もらえません。
※こわれたところが　小さいとときや　家が　古くて　こわれたときは、罹災証明書が　もらえないかもしれません。

被災届出（兼）証明書

災害で　家の　中や　外の　もの、店や　会社の　もの　などが　壊れた　ことを　市役所に　知らせた　ことが　書いてあります。

※災害で　家などが　こわれたことや　どのくらい　こわれたか　わかる　書類では、ありません。

Accepting Requests for the Issuance of Disaster Certificate and Disaster Notification Certificate 

The city will issue a Disaster Certificate and a Disaster Notification Certificate to those who had their residence damaged from the strong winds and rain of Typhoon.

Disaster Certificate (Risai Shomei-sho) 

This certificate will prove that your residence (dwelling house only) has been damaged by a disaster, and it will be the basis for receiving various support benefits.

Depending on the damage of the residence, a field inspection by a municipality staff may be required. In that case, the issuing of the certificate may take a few days. 

※Those whose houses were destroyed by typhoon other than Typhoon Dujuan will not receive this certificate.
※You may not receive the certificate if the damage is minor or if your damaged property is old.

Disaster Notification Certificate (Hisai Todokede Shomei-sho)

Certificate that includes damaged property inside and outside the house, shop or company due to the typhoon, that was notified to the city hall.

※It is not a document that states that the property was damaged by the typhoon or how big the damage is.

You need to apply.
Take a picture of the damaged area.
