1. 日本語か　英語で　予約します。
   予約フォーム＜外部リンク＞
2. 予約が　終わったら、自動送信メールが　届きます。
3. その後、東京入管から　電話か　メール「＠i.moj.go.jp」が　来ます。
   ※2日たっても、東京入管から　電話か　メールが　まだ届かなかったら、在留相談予約受付ダイヤルに　電話してください（電話　03-5363-3025）

２　オンライン

「外国人在留支援センターは　家から　とおいです。」、「外に　出るのは　いやです。」と　思うときは、オンラインで　相談できます。

相談する日の　3日前までに　インターネットで　予約します。

土曜日、日曜日は、数えません。たとえば、月曜日に　相談したいとき、その前の　水曜日までに　予約します。

1. 日本語か　英語で　予約します。

2. オンライン相談は「Microsoft Teams」＜外部リンク＞で　やります。
   相談する日の　前に　ダウンロードしてください。
3. 相談する時間の　5分前に　オンラインミーティングルームに　入ります。
   ※10分間たっても、オンラインミーティングルームに　入れなかったら、予約が　なくなります。
4. カメラと　マイクを　つけて　待ちます。

How to make an appointment

Reserve through phone call

Please call 03-5363-3025 for reservations.

Information to you will need when making an appointment:

• The date and time you would like to make an appointment
• Your name (no need to say if ever)
• How many people will be going to this appointment
• Your phone number or email address
• If you are able to speak Japanese or not
• What you would like to consult about

Support is offered in different languages:

1. You can reserve in Japanese or English.​

2. After the online application, you will receive an automatic reply.
3. You will receive a call or mail from Tokyo Regional Immigration (＠i.moj.go.jp）.
   ※If you didn't receive a call or mail in two days time, please call the Immigration Consultation Reservation Dial (Tel. 03-5363-3025）

2. Online Consultation

If you think “Yotsuya is too far for me to go,” or “I’m afraid to go out,” you can use online consultation.

Please make a reservation within 3 days in advance

*Weekends not counted.
**If you want to reserve for a Monday slot, you have to reserve on Wednesday. 

1. Reserve in English or in Japanese

2. The consultation will be done through「Microsoft Teams」＜外部リンク＞.
   Please make sure to download before the consultation day.
3. Please enter the online meeting room 5 minutes before the consultation time.
   ※If you fail to enter within 10 minutes, the reservation will be cancelled.
4. Turn on your camera and mic.
