Foreign Residents Support Center (FRESC)

The Foreign Residents Support Center (FRESC) will offer help and consultations for foreigner residents in Japan. Before coming for consultation, please make an appointment with the help center. They will be able to advise you about visas/staying in Japan, among other things. Help will be available in English and Japanese.

Contact the Tokyo Regional Immigration Services Bureau - Yotsuya Branch Office (on the 13F of CO・MO・RE Yotsuya)

※You may receive help without giving a name, but are welcome to give your name as well.

FRESC is on the 13th floor of the CO・MO・RE Building (Yotsuya Tower), this is where you will go for your consultation appointment.
