身分証明書（あなたのことが 書いてあるカード）に なります。
コンビニで 住民票や 印鑑証明が もらえます。
インターネットで 確定申告が できます。

- 性別（男か 女）
- マイナンバー
- 顔の写真（たて4.5cm×よこ3.5cm）
申し込み
- 市役所1階 市民生活課
※在留カード、写真が いります。 - 郵送
申し込みの紙に 顔の写真を はって 封筒に 入れて 送ります。 - インターネット
スマートフォンで 顔の写真を とります。

My Number Card
The My Number card is used as personal identification in Japan.
It can be used if you use certain services such as getting official documents (like Certificates of Residence or Personal Seal Registers) printed at the convenience store.
It is also used when applying for filing taxes through the internet.
Information on the card
- Name
- Address
- Date of birth
- Sex (Male or Female)
- Your personal identification number (My Number)
- A picture of your face
Ways to apply:
- In person: Bring your Foreign Residence card and a 4.5cm×3.5cm picture to the Citizen Affairs Division on the 1st floor of city hall.
- Mail-in: Place your picture on an application form, put the application in an envelope and mail it out.
- Online: Take a picture using your smartphone. You can use the following link to apply.

Your “My Number” is like a social security number. Each person is given a personal identifying number so please take care not to share this important information.
