犬を　飼うときの　申し込みなど

1. 犬を 飼うとき、市に 登録します。

令和4年6月1日より後に、ペットショップで　買った人は、登録が　終わっています。
鑑札を　持っているか　調べてください。
3,000円かかります。

2. 1年に　1回　狂犬病に　かからないように　注射を　します。

動物の　医者から　注射済証を　もらったら、注射済票の　申し込みを　してください。
550円かかります。

3. 引っ越すとき、引っ越すところに　教えてください。

鴨川市じゃないところに　引っ越すとき、鑑札を　持っていきます。

4. 死んだとき、市に　教えてください。

Application when owning a Dog

1. Register your dog. 

Registration has been completed for those who got their dog at the pet store on or from June 1, 2022.

Registration fee is 3,000 yen.

2. Rabies Vaccination once every year.  

Have your dog vaccinated by a veterinarian, bring the Vaccination Certificate and register for a Vaccination Permit at the City Hall.  

Registration fee is 550 yen.

3. When moving to another residence.

 Please also inform the City Hall about your dog.
＊If your new residence is located outside Kamogawa city , bring the Registration Certificate.

4. In case of the death of your dog, please inform the city.
