If Someone you live with has COVID－19 /いっしょに 住んでいる人が ≪新型コロナウイルス≫に かかったとき
家族や いっしょに 住んでいる人が 《新型コロナウイルス》に かかったかもしれないとき
次の 8つの ことを してください。
1 同じ ところに いません。
- 食べるとき、寝るとき、ほかの 部屋です。
- ほかの 部屋が ないとき、2m以上 はなれます。
- かかった人は、部屋から 出ません。
- トイレや 風呂など 家族と いっしょに 使うところに 長い 時間 いません。
2 かかった人を 世話する人は、1人です。
病気を 持っている人や おなかに 子どもが いる人は、世話しません。
3 毎日 マスクを します。
4 せっけんで 手を しっかり 洗います。
消毒も してください。
5 換気〈窓を 開けて 部屋の 空気を 変えること〉を します。
6 手で 触ったものや ところを 消毒します。
7 汚れた服や 布団を 洗濯します。
8 ごみ袋は、しっかり しめてから 捨てます。
- 使ったティッシュや マスクは、すぐに 袋に 入れます。
- 捨てたら、すぐに 手を しっかり 洗って、消毒します。

If Someone you live with has COVID-19
If you find out that a family member or someone you live with has or may have the coronavirus, please follow the next 8 steps to help protect yourself.
1 Don’t stay in the same room as them
- Stay in separate rooms while eating and sleeping
- If you don’t have separate rooms, always stay at least 2 meters (6 feet) apart
- The infected person should not leave their room or go out
- Don’t spend a lot of time in areas that everyone in your household use often
(such as the bathroom, bath, kitchen, etc.)
2 Have a designated person to take care of the COVID-19 patient
If you are pregnant do not take care of someone infected with coronavirus.
3 Wear your mask every day, even at home.
4 Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
Use sanitizer for your hands as well.
5 Open your windows and air out your living spaces often.
6 Wipe down areas and surface with sanitizer after you have used or touched them.
7 Wash dirty clothes and bedding often.
8 Tightly close and seal garbage when you throw it away.
Put used tissues and masks in bags and tightly tie them closed. Wash and sanitize
your hands immediately after handling any tissue or waste.
