国民健康保険に 入ると、払います
次の人は、国民健康保険に 入ります
- 鴨川市に 住民登録〈住んでいるところの 登録）〉が あります。
- 74歳以下です。
- 会社の 保険に 入りません。
- ことばの 説明
- 世帯〈いっしょに 住んでいます。同じ お金で 生活している家族など〉
- 世帯主〈世帯の 代表〉
国民健康保険税は、次の 3つで できています。
- 医療給付費分
- 後期高齢者支援金分
- 介護納付金分 ※40～64歳だけです。
国民健康保険税の 決め方
- 入ったとき：入った月ごとに 決めます。
- やめたとき：やめた前の 月までを 月ごとに 決めます。
前の 年の 収入や 家族の 人数などで 決めます。
※収入が 少ない人は、税金が 安くなくなるかもしれません。
反対に 収入が 多い人は、税金が 高くなるかもしれません。
国民健康保険税の 払い方
国民健康保険税納税通知書
むらさき色の 字で 書いてある書類が、世帯主に 郵便で 届きます。
- 納付額〈いくら 払うか〉
- 納期限〈いつまでに 払うか〉が 書いてあります。
払ったあと、領収書に なります。
確定申告〈税の 申告（市役所の 税務課に 教えます）〉や 年末調整（ねんまつちょうせい）に 使います。
絶対に 捨てないでください。
いつ〈届（とど）くとき〉
- 6～2月に 入った人：入った次の 月
- 3～5月に 入った人：7月
払うとき、届いた書類を 持っていきます
国民健康保険に 入っている世帯で 払います。（一人ずつじゃ ありません。）

国民健康保険税 領収済通知書の 右の 番号が 小さい紙から 使います。
納期限を 見てください
納期限を 過ぎてから 払うと、もっと お金を 払わなければ なりません。納期限までに 絶対に 払ってください。
払えないとき、納期限が 来る前に 税務課に 相談してください。（電話：04-7093-7832）

About National Health Insurance Tax
Those who needs to pay National Insurance Tax
- All households registered with National Health Insurance.
- If you are registered for National Health Insurance and are between ages 40 and 65.(Nursing Care Type 2 Members), you must pay for nursing care costs in addition to the medical care and support costs already included in insurance fees.
- Those over the age of 75.
(Nursing Care Type 1 Members) can pay for their nursing care tax through a special levy (deducted from pension funds) or by regular levy (separate payment).
How the National Health Insurance Tax amount is decided
- Taxes will be calculated by month for people registering for or withdrawing from National Health Insurance in the middle of a fiscal year.
- The National Health Insurance tax rate will be determined after one’s income for the previous year is confirmed.
- There are cases where the higher the income, the higher the tax amount. The lower the income, the lesser the amount.
Payment of National Health Insurance Tax
National Insurance Tax Notice
A form with purple writings will be sent to the head of household.(However, notices are not sent out between April and June.)
- If you entered the Insurance scheme on June to February: notice will be sent out the month after you submitted your application.
- If you entered the Insurance scheme on March to May: notice will be sent out on July.
- Please pay by the due date. You can pay at the following: Places you can pay taxes / 税金を 払うところ
- Keep the receipt (stamped small paper) which will be used for Tax filing.
- If moving out of the city or leaving the city, please consult with the Tax Division.
